What is your shipping policy?

Shipping is included in all custom shoe orders.

Shoes ship as soon as they’re complete and may take 1-2 days to arrive for domestic shipping.

DOMESTIC

Items will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Prints ship at a flat rate of $5.00. Stickers ship for free.

These items ship the next business day.

Items shipped 3rd party, as indicated in the description, are under the shipping regulations of that company. Inquiries will be forwarded to them for shipping status.

How is the art applied on the custom shoes?

Art is applied by hand using Copic ink and sealed to be water resistant.

How long will the custom sneakers take?

2-3 weeks (Receiving the blank shoes, customizing, sealing, and shipping to you).
